A1. What are the delivery options and when can I receive my order?

Free local courier delivery is offered for shipments over SGD100, comprising of all in-stock or all backorder items in a single invoice. (All in-stock items will be calculated as one shipment and backorder items as one shipment if they are made in a single order).

*Self-collection of online orders is required to be made from our store within 7 days after an email/sms notification has been sent to inform you that your order is ready for collection. Instock and backorder items will be separately sent to the store for collection. This means that multiple collections are required if you have backorder items and if the backorder items arrive on different dates. Kindly note that uncollected orders will be sent back to the warehouse and additional charges for re-delivery via courier will be incurred. In the event that the order is not collected after 3 months, the parcel will be disposed and no refunds/credit notes would be issued.

*Self-collection of online orders is not applicable to items on sale.

A2. What happens if I missed my delivery?

The courier company will re-attempt delivery once. After which, the courier company will return your parcel to our warehouse. Redelivery can then be arranged with us at additional costs.


A3. How do we ship orders with in-stock/backorder items?

We will split the order into 2 shipments and postage charges will be charged twice. In-stock items will be dispatched as per our usual processing timeframe and backorder items will be sent out when stocks have arrived. This only applies for local orders.

International orders will be mailed in one shipment (in-stocks and backorder) when backorder stocks have arrived. 



B1. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, all overseas mails will be charged based on weight and country zones. The total postage charges will be calculated upon confirmation and check-out. Registered mail is compulsory for overseas parcels and automatically included in the total bill.


B2. Can I track my order?

Yes, for local orders, please refer to your order history for the tracking number. For international orders, your tracking number will be emailed to you separately.
