A1. Can online purchases be collected in store?

Yes, it is possible. Just select the 'self-collection' option at checkout and wait for our "READY FOR COLLECTION' email notification before heading down to pick up your order.

 

B. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

B1. Can in-store purchases be returned/exchanged in store? Within how many days?

No, we do not accept returns for in-store purchases. However, exchanges can be done for any items available in the store. For exchanges of lower value, unfortunately, no credits or refund will be given.

Exchanges have to be done within 7 days of purchase with original receipts and the items kept in original packaging. Items bought on sale/promo/bundle deal/vouchers of any sorts are not eligible for exchanges. Shoes/earrings/bags purchases are final and we do not offer refunds or accept returns for all in-store purchases.

B2. Can online purchases be returned/exchanged in store?

Yes, you can return/exchange your online purchases in store. Please refer here for more information.

B3. If the item that I have purchased in store is defective, can I get a refund?

No, kindly check your items before purchase to ensure that it is free from defects.

B4. In the event that I want to exchange for an item that is unavailable in store, but is available online, can I still proceed to exchange?

No, exchanges can only be made with current stock availability in store. We are unable to reserve online items for exchanges due to separate inventories systems.

B5. Can in-store purchases be returned for in-store credits/e-credits?

No, but we do allow exchanges, kindly refer to B1.

B6. Can purchases from one outlet be exchanged at the other outlet?

Yes, provided that all other exchange terms & conditions are met.

 

C. MEMBERSHIP POINTS

C1. Can membership points be redeemed in store?

Yes! Membership discounts can be redeemed in-store/s according to your membership status.

C2. Can I earn membership points for in-store purchases?

Yes! You earn points for in-store purchases.

 

D. ONLINE STORE CREDITS

D1. Can e-credits be redeemed in store?

Yes, you can redeem your online credits in-store. Simply sign in to your account during checkout to apply the credits to your purchase.

 

E. NEW ARRIVALS IN STORE

E1. When will new arrivals be stocked in store?

New arrivals are available in-store/s every Friday at 11am.

 

F. ITEM AVAILABILITY

F1. Is there a way for me to check whether items on site are available in store?

Yes! A “Store Availability” feature is listed on the product page beside the product information. Simply select your desired color and size, then click on the tab to check availability at your preferred store.

 

G. ITEM RESERVATION

G1. Can items be reserved in store?

No, we do not allow reservations. However, if you’d like to secure an item in-store that is out of stock online, you can email us at wecare@thewillowlabel.com.
