As part of the Bring Your Own (BYO) Singapore movement, we aim to encourage customers to bring your own shopping bag when you shop with us in store. In return, you get to enjoy $0.10 off your purchase.

 

A. CLICK AND COLLECT

A1. Can online purchases be collected in store?

Yes, it is possible. Just select the 'self-collection' option at checkout and wait for our "READY FOR COLLECTION' email notification before heading down to pick up your order.

 

B. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

B1. Can in-store purchases be returned/exchanged in store? Within how many days?

No, we do not accept returns for in-store purchases. Yes, exchanges can be done for items of equal or higher value. For exchanges of lower value, unfortunately, no credits or refund will be given. Exchanges have to be done within 7 days with receipts and the items kept in original packaging. Please note that shoes and accessories are also not eligible for returns/exchanges.

B2. Can online purchases be returned/exchanged in store?

No, but you can return your online purchases to our HQ. Please email to wecare@thewillowlabel.com within 7 working days of the date of receipt and we will confirm your eligibility and reply with return instructions.

At the moment, returns for online purchases cannot be done in store. Exchanges in store are only allowed for in-store purchases.

B3. If the item that I have purchased in store is defective, can I get a refund?

No, kindly check your items before purchase to ensure that it is free from defects.

 

C. MEMBERSHIP POINTS

C1. Can membership points be redeemed in store?

Yes! Membership discounts are not exclusively applicable to online purchases, you can redeem them in-store as well according to your membership status.

C2. Can I earn membership points for in-store purchases?

Yes! Just like how membership points work for online purchases, in-store purchases earn you points too!

 

D. ONLINE STORE CREDITS

D1. Can e-credits be redeemed in store?

Unfortunately at the moment, you are unable to. However, we’re working out a policy so that it will be made available in future.

 

E. NEW ARRIVALS IN STORE

E1. When will new arrivals be stocked in store?

New arrivals for the week will be stocked in store every Friday!

 

F. ITEM AVAILABILITY

F1. Is there a way for me to check whether items on site are available in store?

Yes! A 'store availability' function is stated on site beside product information. You can select your desired colour/size for each product and click on the tab to check.

 

G. ITEM RESERVATION

G1. Can items be reserved in store?

No, we do not allow reservations.
